The Clinic works in conjunction with the person’s General Practitioner to ensure high quality health care through a network of medical specialists and allied health professionals.

The Mental Health Services Helpline is open 24 hours a day. It is a free call number for confidential advice and assessment about mental illness and services. The helpline is a triage service run by our community mental health clinicians. This means we work out what type of treatment or service you may need.

The SA Health Mental Health Triage Service operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This service is the main point of access and provides advice and information in a mental health emergency or crisis situation is staffed by mental health clinicians will assess and refer to acute response teams where appropriate.
