Everyone’s right to make decisions and plan for the future

People with disability are invited to join an online information session where you will hear from workers and people with lived experience of disability. They will talk about:

  • What happens if you are not able to make decisions about your money and health
  • Choosing people to make these decisions for you
  • Coming up with a plan for the future if you are in a situation where you cannot make decisions about your health

Family members and supports are welcome to come along and attend the session.
