The Carer Skills courses provide information, insights and practical tips to help carers develop new understanding and skills important in their caring role. There are 6 modules:

  3. Recharge and reconnect
  4. Legal issues
  5. Social connections
  6. Sleep

Each free online learning module is self-paced and takes approximately 20–40 minutes to complete. You can download your responses to questions in the module to use as a resource and reminder.
