• Find support for the way I am feeling?
• Need a mental health doctor or a counsellor?

You tell them ways to help you understand.

• Speak to me slowly
• Use simple words
• Ask to send information that is Easy Read
• Remember, ask as many questions as you need to so you understand

Let them know you have an intellectual disability. Ask them if they can find you a programs that can help?
