DESCRIPTION:In our Easy Read training you will learn how to make your documents and communications easier to read. \nThere are 2 types of training \nFor organisations \nEasy Read will help your organisation to connect better with all your customers. The training will be tailored to your organisation and can be: \n\nA full day training at your organisation for a maximum of 10 staff members per session.\nA 3 hour training online for 5 staff members. This is called Easy Read Express.\n\nFor individuals / Public Sessions  \nThis training is open to the public. \nThese sessions are also an option for staff members in organisations that don’t meet the organisations training requirements (min 5 people per session) \nIt runs every 2 months. \nOur next online public training sessions will be on \n\nTuesday\, 15 March 2022 (Full)\nThursday\, 12 May 2022\nTuesday\, 12 July 2022\n\nSessions run from 9.30am to 12.30pm. \nIf you are interested in any of our Easy Read Training sessions you can \n\nRegister your interest using the form below\nEmail us at business@cid.org.au \nPhone us on 1800 424 065.\n\nPlease note that we charge a fee for our Easy Read training.
