SUMMARY:8th National Brain Injury Conference
DESCRIPTION:Brain Injury Australia’s annual Conference has become one of the premier learning and development events on the disability calendar – driving improvements in services and supports for people living with a brain injury\, their families and carers. As with all previous Conferences\, the voice of people with lived experience of brain injury willl be at the centre of the Conference program\, including the annual “Consumer Opening Address”. \nFor the first time\, the Conference will include concurrent sessions and feature three Pre-Conference Workshops\, to be held Monday 23rd November\, on: Positive Behaviour Support following brain injury; domestic and family violence and brain injury; and concussion/ “mild” TBI. \nCost: see registration for details\nProvider/Organiser: Brain Injury Australia and Melbourne University Disability Institute
